The Challenge
Our client, a mid-sized industrial manufacturer running multiple production lines, needed to prove regulatory compliance in real time. Compliance checks were handled manually — periodic walkthroughs, paper logs, and spreadsheet reporting — leaving gaps between inspections, stretching audit preparation into weeks, and exposing the client to missed violations and non-compliance penalties.
Our Solution
C4 Cyber designed and deployed a custom edge-to-cloud compliance system, purpose-built for the client's production environment:
▪ Custom Edge Device — ruggedized, low-power hardware deployed directly on the production floor to capture sensor and visual data continuously, even with limited connectivity.
